Five Valleys AI brings together years of helping owners grow with the hands on experience of running AI inside a real business every day.
Robin kept hearing the same thing from business owners: “I know AI could help us. I just don't know where to start.”
At the same time, Teyte was quietly building AI into everything at Fearless Business. Articles across seven websites, client questions, orders, invoices and podcast write ups were all being handled by systems he'd designed, with a person checking the work that mattered.
The gap was obvious. Owners were being sold courses, hype and tools they didn't have time to learn. What they needed was someone to come in, look at how their business really runs, and set up the few changes that make the biggest difference.
So we started Five Valleys AI, and we're starting here at home. Stroud and the valleys around it are full of brilliant small businesses, from makers and cafés to trades, practices and agencies. We want them to be among the first to get the benefits, with help from people who live down the road.

Robin is a business coach, speaker and the founder of Fearless Business. He has coached over a thousand business owners, helping them move from charging for their time to charging for outcomes.
He's the author of five books, including Fearless Pricing, Take Your Shot, Fearless Business Blueprint and Online Business Startup. At Five Valleys AI he makes sure every project starts from the business problem, never the technology.
Teyte runs content and operations at Fearless Business, where he designed and built the AI systems behind seven websites, a client chatbot, automated order handling and much more.
He leads every Five Valleys project from the first conversation to the day your team takes over. He lives in Thrupp, just outside Stroud.
If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood it well enough.
We start with the hours and pounds, then pick the technology that fits.
You own everything we build and your team knows how it works.
We'd rather sit at your kitchen table than send you a login.
Coffee in Stroud or a video call, whichever suits. Thirty minutes, no sales pitch.
